“Palma Residence” is an appealing mixed-use complex that will be built in Gjilan, Kosovo. The complex’s destinations are connected by function to the connection of nature with horizontal and vertical communication. The design covers approximately 200,000 square meters and features seven interconnected blocks, each with its own degree of flexibility.
The complex prioritizes the development of the form over the treatment of light interference in the object. The trees appear to climb the façade, extending the inner courtyard’s green character to the outer walls. The public area and the residents of the complex interact with one another. The complex includes all of the residents’ daily needs. The complex, along with its blocks, also serves the external part, removing the distinction between the private and public sectors from the urban segment.
