Përveç emisarit të presidentit amerikan për dialogun Kosovë-Serbi, Richard Grenell, në Kosovë sot do të vijë edhe Përfaqësuesi Special për Ballkanin dhe për dialogun të cilin e kishte emëruar Sekretari Amerikan, Mike Pomepo, Matthew Palmer.
Një gjë të tillë e ka konfirmuar ambasadori amerikan në Prishtinë, Philip Kosnett, i cili ka thënë se Grenell dhe Palmer do ta vizitojnë bashkë Kosovën.
“Mbështetja e SHBA’së për procesin e dialogut Kosovë-Serbi kërkon punë ekipore: Përfaqësuesi Special Presidencial Grenell dhe Përfaqësuesi Special i Departamentit të Shtetit së bashku në Berlin. Të dy do ta vizitojnë Kosovën” ka shkruar Kosnett, raporton Gazeta Express.
Ndërkohë vizitën e Richard Grenell mbrëmë vonë e kanë konfirmuar edhe nga zyra e Presidentit të Kosovës, Hashim Thaçi.
“Në orën 13:00, Presidenti i Republikës së Kosovës, Hashim Thaçi, pret në takim Përfaqësuesin Special të Presidentit të SHBA-së, Donald Trump, për dialogun Kosovë-Serbi, ambasadorin Richard Grenell”, thuhet në njoftimin e presidencës.
Grenell e Palmer para vizitës në Kosovë, kanë zhvilluar një takim në Berlin me diplomatë gjerman.
